Working Principle

The TSI Eliminator wrench consists of a powerful eccentric vane, reversible air motor driving 3 or more stages of epicyclic gearing.

Note: On Dual Flange Units (1) multiply the max. RPM speed by 5: (2) add 3 1/4" (8 26 cm) to dimensions shown above; (3) add 5 lbs. (2.27 kg) to model weight shown above. Allmodels can be fitted with a 2-speed gearbox. Increase lengths and weights shown above by 83mm and 3.5kg. respectively.

Manual Two Speed Gearbox
(5 to 1 multiplication)

The 2-speed manual gearbox was developed to provided both a faster rundown and a dual range torque capability.

The effective torque range of the TSI Eliminator is 20% of maximum to maximum. In the instance of the model ET-6 ( manual 2-spd.), the effective torque range in "slow" speed is 500 - 2500 ft. lbs. @ 6 rpm.

Manual shifting to "fast" speed will multiply the top operating speed by 5 while reducing the effective torque range by a factor of 5. Thus in "fast" speed, the torque range is 15,100 ft. lb. - 500 ft. lb. @ 30 rpm.

1500 Series - Pistol Grip Eliminator

New 72 mm diameter gearbox for improved access.
Powerful - up to 2000N•m. All torques can be achieved at less than 6 bar.
Switchable forward and reverse operation.
Soft start trigger control aids socket location and allows gradual reaction take up.
For safe operation, gearbox can turn independently from handle.
An optional automatic two speed gearbox reduces bolt rundown time.

Eliminator Wrenches
Small Diameter Series

These Eliminator Models share the same features as the 'Standard' series, but can have a higher torque output for a given gearbox diameter.

Reduced diameter allows improved access.
High torque output - up to 4000 ft. lbs. All torques can be achieved at less than 86 PSI.
Reversible, Eliminator can be used for tightening and untightening.
Reaction plate can slide on the spline to allow for sockets of various lengths.
Annular transducers are available.
Optional manual or automatic two speed gearboxes reduce bolt rundown time.
